1. Overview

PolyOx ("the Extension") is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered NBA game analysis on Polymarket. This policy explains what data the Extension accesses, how it is used, and what is transmitted.

2. Single Purpose

PolyOx detects NBA game pages on Polymarket and delivers AI-generated game analysis, paid per-request via the x402 micropayment protocol using Base Sepolia USDC.

3. Data Collection

PolyOx does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

The Extension does not:

Track browsing history or activity
Collect names, emails, or personal identifiers
Use cookies or analytics trackers
Transmit data to third parties for advertising or profiling
Store any data beyond the current browser session

4. Data Usage by Permission

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions:

Permission	Why It's Needed
`activeTab`	Read the current page URL to detect NBA game pages on Polymarket, and access the page's MetaMask provider (`window.ethereum`) for wallet signing when the user initiates an analysis.
`scripting`	Execute scripts in the active tab to detect the MetaMask wallet, request account connection, and sign EIP-712 payment authorization. All execution is user-initiated via popup buttons.
`storage`	Persist extension state (detected game, wallet status, analysis results) in `chrome.storage.session`. Session storage is automatically cleared when the browser closes. No data is persisted long-term.

5. Host Permissions

The Extension connects to:

https://api-hoobs.polyox.io/* — The PolyOx API, used to request AI-generated NBA game analysis. The only data sent is the game matchup (team names and date) along with the x402 payment signature. No browsing data, personal information, or wallet balances are transmitted.
